its formation over 14 years ago PMR has regularly provided specialist
IT resource to the Public Sector, including being part of several
Government Framework Agreements. PMR has also been a key supplier
of IT and Business staff to Local Authorities, MOD, Police Authorities,
and Non-departmental Bodies as well as Prime Contractors, Not for

Implementation of the ambitious e-government agenda by 2005 and
adoption of the Best Value policy have combined to increase the
