We are experiencing a rapid expansion in demand for both contract and permanent IT middle/senior management within City institutions and the Financial Services sector.
We are looking for a Business Developer to join a dual desk within our financial services team. Intelligent, articulate, hard working, focused and disciplined with exceptional client facing, relationship management and presentation skills. Able to negotiate with some of the key players in the IT industry with the confidence to liaise to board level and an aptitude to understand and meet client requirements at a management level. To join a team of very experienced, mature and competent Consultants. There is a strong team spirit in a friendly, informal dress down environment, whilst hardworking, ethical and professional.
We are financially strong, stable and enjoy a low staff turnover. We can offer you realistic earnings of 70k-100k + after the first year plus opportunities towards team leadership, directorship and set triggers for equity participation. Candidates should be from an IT recruitment, IT sales, IT consulting, IT project management or financial services background.
